Want to stay STRONG with MINIMAL equipment? Give this one a shot!
All you need is a jump rope, anything small but heavy, an old tire plus something to drag it with, and somewhere sturdy to hang from. I've got a $4 jump rope from Amazon, I'm using a 53lb kettlebell, the tire was free, attached to it is a $10 towing strap you can get at any local automotive store, and I'm holding two old hand towels during the leg raises for some extra grip work.
If you don't have a kettlebell or dumbbell, a backpack loaded with $6 worth of sand or pea gravel from the hardware store will do. And if you can't get your hands on a towing strap, a thick rope or rolled up bed sheet works just fine. So, for under $20 bucks, you can get in an awesome workout anywhere.
Invest in KNOWLEDGE and you'll never have a problem staying fit!
