"STRENGTH IS A CHOICE" is a 60 minute presentation designed to explore the link between your physical ability and what you feed your mind. The aim of this workshop is identify our daily opportunities to improve self care, build mental resilience, and develop positive stress management habits.

• Making daily "investments"
"STRENGTH 101" is a full day practical workshop covering mobility and prehab, activation drills, and a technical masterclass for all the major lifts. The objective is to give attendees a better understanding of their own movement in order to build a solid foundation of strength.
This workshop is perfect for:
• The beginner lifter wanting to develop their own capabilities
• Lifters returning from injury who want to develop a sustainable training model
• Experienced lifters aiming to improve technique and troubleshoot any areas of concern
• Organizations looking to provide further education for their coaches, athletes, and/or clients
