Each 75-minute session is designed for either solo or paired workouts, allowing you to share the experience with one other person. Additionally, enjoy unlimited access to post-workout recovery services, including Normatec compression massage and invigorating cold plunge therapy, to enhance your recovery and overall wellness!
Program is billed every 4 weeks at $150 per session. Additional weekly sessions may be added to your 4 session-package at a discounted rate of $125.

Total Wellness sessions offer a comprehensive approach to fitness and recovery by combining 45 minutes of strength and conditioning with an additional 45 minutes of advanced recovery techniques, such as red light therapy, cupping, and sports massage. We guarantee you'll leave every session feeling revitalized and rejuvenated!

My goal isn't to make kids tougher or teach them how to fight, it's to help them understand the importance of setting goals, having confidence, and not giving up when times get tough.

You will be coached through specific exercises to assess your current skill level and get an idea of how to tailor your program specifically for you. This is also the first step in learning the philosophy behind my programming and the purpose and intent behind it.
STEP 3 - CUSTOMIZATION
Your training routine will be designed to meet your needs based on your schedule, strengths, weaknesses, experience level, physical or health related restrictions, and available equipment. You'll learn how to lift with better form, learn to look at training an enjoyable process instead of a chore, learn how to build and maintain a body you love, and most importantly learn how to structure training so you can do it on your own one day.
STEP 4 - CHECK-INS
You will get access to a personalized online training app, you will receive weekly check-ins to review your progress, I will help you keep track of important factors like sleep, stress, mindset, nutrition, and hunger levels, and we will discuss any other highs or lows you've experienced in order to make adjustments for the week ahead.
STEP 5 - PROGRESSIONS
We'll keep a record of how you are feeling during each training session and advance your program every few weeks to ensure that your strength, mobility, and endurance steadily improve. I will also give you exercises modifications, progressions, and regressions as you need them to keep you injury and pain free.

We will work together on continually improving your habits and revamping the core behaviors needed for long term success. My goal is to help you create a system that allows you to stay on track when life throws you curveballs. Developing a game plan is the key to handling meals out, alcohol, travel, and other social triggers without sabotaging your progress.
