Each zone awards you points, starting from grey and working up to red. The harder you work, the more MEPs you will earn!
How do we use MyZone? Anytime you're wearing your belt, any MEPs you earn during that session are displayed in your app in real-time. This is a fantastic motivator, especially if you have set a target for the session. Daily and monthly challenges are also created for individual motivation and a bit of fun competition between groups of MyZone users!
