If you're in the Rehoboth Beach area, Personal training sessions are available on a LIMITED basis at Rehoboth Beach Barbell Club.

​My client list includes realtors, nurses, lawyers, doctors, law enforcement, stay at home moms, and just everyday people who want to be at their best. So you don't have to be a competitive strength athlete to get in on the action.

LEVEL ONE - 1 Individual training session per week and 5 additional days of programming

LEVEL THREE - 3 Individual training sessions per week and 3 additional days of programming
