It's a weekly renewal of your commitment to better health.
You’ll move in ways that feel more like play than “exercise,” all while building strength you can actually use in real life.
Think throws, carries, unilateral strength work, functional conditioning, and mobility.
Every session ends with mobility and active recovery work so you walk away feeling recharged, not run down.
WHAT TO EXPECT
✅ 1-Hour Small Group Training - Step out of the gym and into an environment that pushes you in a whole new way. You’ll leave stronger, fitter, and recharged, with results that carry over into the real world.
✅ Training that feels like play. Farmers carries, sandbag lifts, and medicine ball throws—raw, simple movements that build strength you’ll actually use.
✅ All Levels Welcome - Whether you’re just getting back into fitness or you’ve been training for years, every workout can be tailored to fit your ability. The goal is simple: meet you where you are, then help you move forward, one session at a time.
✅ Community + Accountability – Every rep is a chance to prove to yourself that you can do hard things. But you won’t be doing it alone. The energy of the group keeps you accountable, the camaraderie makes the grind enjoyable, and the shared effort turns individual goals into a collective mission.
✅ What to Bring – Just bring a positive attitude, that’s the real entry ticket. The rest is optional. If you have a weight vest, mat, or towel, great—pack them up and bring them along. If not, don’t worry. Everything you truly need will already be there.
