1. All training plans and personalized programs are a minimum 2 month commitment and must be paid monthly by automatic electronic payment. Month-to-month remote coaching programs are an additional $25.00 per month. Month-to-month personal training programs are an additional $75.00 per month.
2. All accounts will automatically renew for an additional 2 months and all month-to-month accounts will automatically renew for an additional 30 days.
3. Clients who take a break from training or switch training options must renew at the latest published prices. I do not allow membership holds/freezes, transfers, or partial billing.
4. Cancellation of membership must be made at least 30 days before the next scheduled renewal or payment date associated with your membership, and must be requested by emailing hirecoachwill@gmail.com. Failure to cancel a membership within 30 days of the next scheduled payment date associated with your membership will result in a $50.00 processing fee.
5. Clients may cancel or change the time of a session provided that a minimum of 8 hours notice is given. You can make these changes via your SETMORE account, or by contacting me directly via phone call or text. Late cancellations or no-show appointments for 1 on 1 sessions will be charged at full cost of the session. Late cancellations or no-show appointments for video chats will be forfeit.
