1. Breathing and Bracing: Improve perfomance though enhanced core stability and prevent "energy leaks" with better breathing mechanics
2. Warming Up: Structure warm-ups to assess movement restrictions, improve mobility, and properly prime the nervous system for activity
3. Fundamental Movement Patterns: Learn the essential movement patterns of the human body and how their proper execution enhances sports performance
4. Deceleration and Landing: Decrease the risk of non-contact injuries by improving the mechanics behind deceleration, landing from jumps, and changing direction

1. Assessment and Mobility: Evaluate movement quality from head to toe, properly address joint restrictions, and uncover potential risk factors
