Whether you are a seasoned athlete or it’s the first time you have ever stepped foot in a gym, I'm here to meet you where you are and help you get where you want to go!
STEP 1 - CONSULTATION: Let's get to know each other, learn about your fitness history, talk about your goals, and discuss ways to set you on the right fitness path.
STEP 2 - ASSESSMENT: Your initial assessment is designed to help me identify any imbalances, past or present injuries and/or faulty movement patterns that could hold you back from reaching your goals. You will be coached through specific exercises to assess your current skill level and get an idea of how to tailor your program specifically for you. This is also the first step in learning the philosophy behind my programming and the purpose and intent behind it.
STEP 3 - CUSTOMIZATION: Your training routine will be designed to meet your needs based on your schedule, strengths, weaknesses, experience level, physical or health related restrictions, and available equipment. You'll learn how to lift with better form, learn to look at training an enjoyable process instead of a chore, learn how to build and maintain a body you love, and most importantly learn how to structure training so you can do it on your own one day.
STEP 4 - CHECK-INS: You will get access to a personalized online training app, you will receive weekly check-ins to review your progress, I will help you keep track of important factors like sleep, stress, mindset, nutrition, and hunger levels, and we will discuss any other highs or lows you've experienced in order to make adjustments for the week ahead.
STEP 5 - PROGRESSIONS: We'll keep a record of how you are feeling during each training session and advance your program every few weeks to ensure that your strength, mobility, and endurance steadily improve. I will also give you exercises modifications, progressions, and regressions as you need them to keep you injury and pain free.
STEP 6 - ACCOUNTABILITY: We will work together on continually improving your habits and revamping the core behaviors needed for long term success. My goal is to help you create a system that allows you to stay on track when life throws you curveballs.
